Why we start every job with a look around

Pest problems rarely begin where you notice them. Ants on a counter may be nesting in a wall cavity by the dishwasher. A mouse in the pantry likely came through a gap behind the dryer vent. So before we recommend anything, our technician walks the property, inside and out, and explains what is going on in ordinary words. That first visit costs you nothing.

After the walk-through you receive a written quote that separates treatment from repair-type work like sealing entry points. You decide what to approve. If the honest answer is that a few changes on your end (trimming shrubs off the siding, fixing a leaky gutter, storing pet food in a sealed bin) will handle most of it, we tell you that too.

The work we take on

Our focus is insects, spiders, ticks, mice and rats in houses, apartments and commercial spaces. That covers everything from termites and carpenter ants to bed bugs, cockroaches and stinging insects, plus wood destroying insect reports for real estate closings. Some calls belong with someone else. We do not do wildlife removal, so a raccoon in the attic or a squirrel in the soffit is a job for a wildlife control operator. If a mass of honey bees lands on a fence post, a local beekeeper is usually the right person to call. We would rather point you in the right direction than sell a service that does not fit.
