These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of centraljerseypestcontrol.com (the "Site"), operated by Central Jersey Pest Control ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or sending a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is for
The Site describes the pest control services we offer and lets you request a free inspection and quote. Sending a request does not create a contract for service. Any service is provided only after an inspection, under a separate quote or service agreement that you accept.
2. Your request and how it may be shared
When you send a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property you describe. We may share your request with a local pest control service provider who performs or helps schedule the work. That provider may contact you directly about your request. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
3. Consent to be contacted
By submitting the form, you ask Central Jersey Pest Control to contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you may ask us to stop calls or emails at any time.
4. Quotes, scheduling and results
Quotes are based on what we can see during the inspection and may change if conditions turn out to be different. Scheduling depends on availability. Pest activity depends on many things outside our control, such as weather, building conditions, neighboring properties, and how a home or business is used, so we cannot promise any particular result, timeline, or that a pest will not return. The terms of any specific service are set out in the quote or agreement for that service.
5. Information on the Site
Pages on the Site, including our guides, are general information for homeowners and businesses. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection or for advice from your physician, veterinarian, or a government agency. Where we cite outside sources, such as the New Jersey Department of Agriculture or Rutgers Cooperative Extension, those sources are referenced for information only and do not endorse us. Information can change, and we may update or remove pages at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to send false or misleading requests, submit someone else's information without permission, send spam or automated submissions, interfere with the Site, or try to access systems you are not authorized to use.
7. Ownership
The Site's text, design, and graphics belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, republish, or sell them without our written permission.
8. Links to other sites
The Site links to outside websites for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise the Site will be error-free or always available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from information on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under New Jersey law that cannot be limited by agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
